lontra
Free: 10 conversations included

What do you want to understand?

Lontra talks with each person you invite, follows up on their answers, and shows you what they said, with the evidence.

Try an example

Start from an example

Lontra doesn’t stop at the first answer. It follows up, reads what people share, and goes back.

Follow-ups

It asks why.

“The shelf was empty” is where a form stops. Lontra asks when it last happened, what people did next, and what it cost. In every conversation.

How follow-ups work

Documents

People show it.

A picker uploads an export from the warehouse system. Lontra reads it, says what it noticed, and asks about that exact point.

What people can share

Deep Study

It goes back to the right people.

Deep Study: when the answers leave gaps, Lontra goes back to the people who can fill them, including colleagues they mention. It does this on its own, within the limits you set.

How Deep Study works

Findings

How many said it, and why.

Each finding counts the people behind it, shows where they disagree, and links to the conversation or document it came from.

Your approval

Nothing goes out until you confirm.

You see what every conversation covers before anyone is invited, and you confirm your email before a single invitation is sent. Each person gets a private link.

How we protect your data

From one question to findings you can defend.

  1. 01

    Write your question

One sentence, the way you would say it to a colleague.

    • No survey to design, no prompt to write
    • Start from an example if you prefer
  2. 02

    Check the topics

Lontra suggests what each conversation should cover. Change anything.

    • Lontra stays within the topics you approve
    • Try the conversation yourself before anyone else
  3. 03

    Invite the people who know

Each one talks with Lontra on their own, at their own pace, on any device.

    • Up to ten people on the Free plan
    • Nothing goes out until you confirm your email
    • You see what each conversation covers before sending
  4. 04

    Read the findings

What people said, where they disagree and why. Then ask your results anything.

    • Ask follow-up questions grounded in the answers
    • Export your findings at any time, for free

Findings you can check. Pick a topic.

Each finding shows how many people said it, where they disagree, and the conversation or document behind it.

For anyone who needs to understand an organisation from the inside

Consultants

Run the interview phase of a diagnostic in days. Arrive at the steering committee with evidence, not impressions.

HR and people teams

Understand why people leave, struggle or disengage, in their own words and without a survey.

Operations leaders

See how work really happens on the floor, shift by shift and site by site.

People speak openly here. We treat what they say with care.

Questions before you start

What do I get for free?
You can invite up to ten people for free. Each person has a private conversation about your question, and you read the findings with their sources.
Do the people I invite need an account?
No. Each person receives a private link and answers without creating an account or password.
How long is a conversation?
It depends on the topics you keep. You see an estimate before anything is sent, usually between five and ten minutes.
Can I try the conversation first?
Yes. The test is optional and private: your practice answers never appear in the findings.
Who decides who is asked next?
Deep Study, within the limits you set at launch: people who already answered, and colleagues they suggest. It emails you the day before, so you can remove someone or pause.
What do I see at the end?
Findings with supporting quotes, disagreements and what is still unknown. You can ask follow-up questions grounded in your conversations and export the results.
