Question 1

What is Lontra, in one sentence?

Accepted Answer

Lontra holds conversations with invited employees and prepares summaries to help managers and HR ask useful questions and follow up on actions. You choose the topic, the group and the cadence.

Accepted Answer

Lontra uses AI conversations that can ask follow-up questions based on a participant's response. Teams set the objective and conversation framework for each campaign.

A survey can measure comparable responses. Lontra helps explore a topic through conversation and requests for examples, then prepares a human discussion. The approaches can complement each other.

You define what you want to understand. Lontra conducts adaptive conversations with your participants. Each conversation is analyzed within minutes: themes, supporting context and suggested next steps.
