1

Say what you want to understand.

Write it the way you would say it to a colleague. One sentence is enough. Lontra works out what each conversation should cover.

  • No survey to design, no prompt to write
  • Start from an example if you prefer
2

Check the topics.

Lontra proposes what every conversation should cover. You stay in charge: change the wording, remove what does not matter, add what is missing.

  • Lontra stays within the topics you approve
  • Try the conversation yourself before anyone else
3

Invite the people who know.

Each person gets a private link and talks with Lontra on their own, on any device, in about nine minutes. Nobody else sees what they say.

  • Up to ten people on the Free plan
  • Nothing goes out until you confirm your email
  • You see what each conversation covers before sending

Read the answer, then question it.

Findings show how many people said what, where they disagree and what is still unknown. Every point links back to the conversations behind it.

Deep Study: when the first answers raise new questions.

Lontra reads what people said, spots what is still unclear, and asks more questions on its own, within the limits you set at launch.

    Deep Study follows up

Short follow-ups with people who already answered, and colleagues they suggest. It tells you the day before.

  3. 3

    One more time if needed

People can be asked again once more in a study. Then the findings are final.

Questions people ask

What do I get for free?

You can invite up to ten people for free. Each person has a private conversation about your question, and you read the findings with their sources.

Do the people I invite need an account?

No. Each person receives a private link and answers without creating an account or password.

How long is a conversation?

It depends on the topics you keep. You see an estimate before anything is sent, usually between five and ten minutes.

Can I try the conversation first?

Yes. The test is optional and private: your practice answers never appear in the findings.

Who decides who is asked next?

Deep Study, within the limits you set at launch: people who already answered, and colleagues they suggest. It emails you the day before, so you can remove someone or pause.

What do I see at the end?

Findings with supporting quotes, disagreements and what is still unknown. You can ask follow-up questions grounded in your conversations and export the results.

Start with one question. It’s free.
