What counts as an interview?
One person you invite to a conversation. A Deep Study follow-up with someone you already heard does not use another interview; a new colleague they mention does.
Do unused interviews roll over?
No. The allowance renews every month on paid plans, and over any rolling 30 days on Free.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your findings for free.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe: Lontra never sees your card. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly; sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
